Breakfast onboard a Viking ship
Life onboard is not easy, it is cold, harsh and hard work. The cook, Janne, has the important job to feed the crew. It takes a lot of energy to sail a Viking ship across icy waters and the crew eats a lot of food. The galley is open and only covered with canvas to protect the cook and the food from the worst seas and weather.
